To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, unopened, and unused. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

To return an item, please contact us at sales@fortunus.co.uk to obtain a return authorization and to receive instructions on how to return the item(s). Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect the item(s) and process the refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be returned to your account.

  1. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at sales@fortunus.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the item(s) to be returned and will replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you.
