The New World Dorado is the latest addition to the New World Series, celebrating one of the world’s top tobacco growing regions. It features an all-Nicaraguan blend, mostly from AJ Fernandez’s Dorado farm in Esteli, named for its golden soil. The New World Dorado brand uses tobacco from the farm’s first harvest in 2017 and is composed of a Sun Grown Habano wrapper and Criollo 98 binder from the Dorado farm, with filler from additional tobacco fields in Condega and Esteli. All cigars are made at the AJ Fernandez San Lotano factory and are box-pressed.
Tasting notes:
This cigar is expertly rolled with an even draw and burn. It delivers rich, complex flavors of caramel, orange peel, toast, and nuts, with a subtle floral note and a long espresso finish with hints of walnut. Its dark, box-pressed design creates a satisfying smoking experience.
